HY319 anaerobic structural adhesive has a fast curing speed and can be solidified and positioned within 3 seconds to 3 minutes. HY319 anaerobic structural adhesive contains excellent properties such as temperature resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, impact resistance, and aging resistance. HY319 anaerobic structural adhesive has a wide bonding range and high bonding strength.
Operational matters:
The surface of the adhered object must be dry and clean
2. Apply the adhesive solution onto the surface of the object to be adhered, quickly position and bond, and after a few seconds or minutes, it can be firmly adhered. The higher strength can be achieved after 18 hours at room temperature
3. Instant drying glue does not contain organic solvents and solidifies instantly when exposed to moisture in the air. Therefore, special care should be taken when using to avoid contact with the skin and eyes
4. Anaerobic adhesive reacts and solidifies with metal ions under anaerobic conditions. Non metallic bonding must use accelerators or be cured by heating
5. Store in a low-temperature dry place with a shelf life of one year.
