Operational matters:
 1. Use a knife, sandpaper, grinding wheel, etc. to polish and repair rust and paint on the repaired area
 When there is a pressure below 3 atmospheres, use a PS glue stick or wooden stopper to prevent leakage first
 3. Clean the polished area with HY755 cleaning agent
 4. Apply HY828 and HY825 emergency repair agents, and then reinforce with glass fiber cloth. For wet conditions or underwater repairs, use HY826 wet surface repair agent.
